I feel bad for him, he is doing everything he can but still falls short against a goliath of a team.

People who chase success get it, not those running away from it.

Never got enough credit for doing the same thing in a tougher era against top 10 GOAT team.

oh the horror

people that want success also don't take shortcuts. Ring chasing is frowned upon in the sports world.

I don't understand this comment considering you're one of the people slating Bron for his performance are you not?

Poor man's version of AI.

Difference is that AI was going up against a team that had the most dominant peak player of all time named Shaq and Bron isn't. Winning 1 game against 2001 lakers with that 76er cast is like winning 3 games against GSW.

LeBron is having an INCREDIBLE performance.

What's strange is that you were the one praising his efficiency in last years finals while he got his top pushed back. Now he's playing aggressive basketball, giving his team a chance, not caring about his FG% and you love it.

I'm the one that's been consistent.

You're changing when the wind blows.

Pick a side and stick with it.

This is beyond what Iverson did. Iverson wasn't getting 30 point triple doubles.

Competition A.I faced out weighs Lebron's sought out triple doubles.

Iverson's a better scorer than Bron. A scorer can always take over and steal a game. Lebron's scoring is overrated but his overall play has kept all these games close.

If you think the Warriors are tougher competition than the 16-1 Lakers, than we're done here.

Bran wouldn't even be able to stat pad against that Laker team of he tried.

You're right. He would have averaged a 50 point triple double instead of a 36 point triple double. Who's stopping him on the perimeter?:oldlol:

They'd run high pick and rolls all night ala the 90's Jazz did when they used to sweep the Lakers. Like Jackson has openly stated time and time again, defending the pick and roll was their achilles heel. Having to deal with the best player in the last 2 decades running high screen-rolls every possession would have been enough to kill those lakers.

I don't feel sorry for him because he went to Cleveland to have more power in management decisions and stacked the odds in his favor by going to an even more stacked team on paper. Not only that, but he jumped ship from another "stacked" team and left Miami completely in the dark.

Bron can statpad vs anyone. he's the GOAT statpadder next to Wilt and Oscar.
