first player in modern basketball history to win fmvp on a losing team

that unique achievement puts him past magic/bird on the all-time list, right behind MJ/Kareem.

33% shooting and losing is called 2/6, not fmvp. Try again.

to win fmvp on a losing team, thats like the biggest individual honor you can possibly get

its basically saying you're by far the best player on the court. if you win fmvp in a losing effort in the modern era, you're probably the GOAT individual player. no way around it.

hes well on his way, dominating yet again.

It means he put up the best stats... unsurprisingly considering he holds the ball majority of the time no one else in his team can really put up any numbers. And hes by far the best player in the finals.

But goat??? Lol jerry west isnt even top 10.

Go back to durant brah.

2/6 :lol

LeBron could be 2/6 (2 Finals MVPS in 6 trips)
Kobe is 2/7
Magic is 3/9
Wade is 1/5
Kareem is 2/10
Wilt is 2/6
Not everyone can be as good as LBJ. He technically has a better ratio then all 4 of them (tied with Magic, but I would wager LBJ would win another Finals MVP if he went to 3 more Finals)

Shaq is 3/5
West is...1/8 or 1/9 I think?
Kareem is 2 for 10.

You get the point, 2/6 isn't the end of the world. Same ratio as Magic

Why is 2 Finals MVPS in 6 trips considered bad again? It's better than Kobe...

i DONT THINK ANY PLAYER ON A LOSING TEAM SHOULD GET IT... Curry deserves it.. Without him on offense they would not be getting all these wide open looks...
