Mouthguard foul

First off... I have no agenda. I hate the Cavs and the Warriors.

That said, shouldn't the NBA crack down on players (such as Curry) popping their mouthguards out of their mouths? Players aren't allowed to have shirts untucked, why should he be able to flip his mouthguard out intentially and skulk around? I don't get it. It's unbecoming.
