Except Lebron not only led BOTH teams in scoring, but rebounding and assists, as well.

3 ball again posting only those stats which match his agenda.
Post some assists and rebound numbers.
Also, no one shitted on AI for 2001 finals. Actually, AI was applauded for winning 1 game.

It's way harder to score 35.8 in 01 than 2015. Let alone AI was barely 6 feet.
AI > Lebron when it comes to scoring
Each widely recognized as the greatest players of their era's.

"Nobody seems to appreciate what an incredible player Wilt was," Russell said at 1997 All-Star Game when the league named and honored its 50 greatest players. "He was the best player of all time because he dominated the floor like nobody else ever could. To be that big and that athletic was special."
Of course, Wilt also held a 7-2 margin in First-Team All-NBA selections in their 10 seasons in the league together. Oh, and he wiped the floor with Russell in their eight post-season H2H's, as well.

Lebron led BOTH teams in rebounding and assists, as well.
Iverson led BOTH teams in steals and FT's, as well... :confusedshrug:
Scoring is the most important thing for a #1 option - hence the definition of "#1" option.
If Lebron was getting 30/18, he wouldn't be helping his team as much as if he was getting 40/10.. The rebounds are replaceable on this particular Cavs team and on MOST teams.. Whereas the scoring is not - in this series, we've all seen the virtues of high shot volume coupled with a 40 PPG scoring level, and how these things help a team control the game/play at their preferred pace.
Even though scoring by itself is already the most important category for a #1 option - the clutch factor must be factored in... Scoring + clutch > than any stat category, especially for a #1 option.. But Lebron shot 30% FG in the 4th quarter in this series - this includes a 0 point fourth quarter in the fateful Game 4, where he missed his chance to go up 3-1 by scoring only 20 points.
Of course, Wilt also held a 7-2 margin in First-Team All-NBA selections in their 10 seasons in the league together. Oh, and he wiped the floor with Russell in their eight post-season H2H's, as well.

Wilt himself said that he couldn't replicate Russell's role/impact for the Celtics. I can't find the video on Youtube right now, but I distinctly remember seeing the clip where he said that when he was asked about what would have happened if he played for the Celtics instead of Russell.
Also, didn't Wilt once say he liked losing more than winning because there's less pressure on losers? I know I read that somewhere.

AI's counterpart (Fish) didn't win Finals MVP either.
