They would have easily won.

This is why the Cavs are so stack. They lose Kyrie and Love and still made the Finals competitive if it wasn't for Lebron's chucking.

The Cavs won two games while Lebron was chucking it away.

Had he shot 39% in the 4th quarter, they probably win. He faded badly in all these games.

Kinda hard to get in a rhythm with lebron shooting so much.

Look how good JR was at the end.

If he made 1 or 2 extra shots in game 1, they win the first 3 and likely sweep.

and the amazing thing is that lebron never got double-teamed.. he faced single-coverage the entire atlanta and warrior series... AND blatt was clearing out the strongside for him so his 1-on-1 was completely secluded on the strongside, far away from all help defenders on the weakside.

that's just how horrible Lebron's 1-on-1 moves are - THAT'S what got exposed in these Finals - Lebron's garbage repertoire..

It's really interesting - last year, teams didn't double-team him because he was passive and didn't increase his shot attempts when single-covered.. This year he learned from that and knew to shoot when single-covered.. But he STILL got exploited this year because he only shot 33% on isolations, so teams exploited him by encouraging his 1-on-1... Having Lebron shoot 32.5% on iso's is probably better than letting Deandre Jordan shoot FT's... Realtalk.

True assuming everything else somehow remains the same.

Game 1 went to OT, one more made shot and the Cavs win and probably don't Kyrie. They win tonight also, there were numerous times where Cleveland was within striking distance and they needed Bron to make shots but he didn't. This is obviously a flawed way of looking at it though.

On the other hand, if Kyrie doesn't get injured, maybe Curry goes off and then we don't get to enjoy this thread (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=379867). I think all of ISH is better off the way thing worked out.
