Irving's loss was the killer. Love, eh. They had Thompson.

Thompson > Love. Losing love was a blessing in disguise for the Cavs, too bad Kyrie got hurt

KO gonna be a beast next year. He showed signs of improving his weaknesses. Now he needs to combine that with the strengths he showed in his rookie year.

not that much a blessing IMO...sure TT showed up and did very good, but you lose Love's scoring/spacing ability and another body to use down the roster.

exactly what Cleveland needed heading into the finals against the GSW :confusedshrug:

Love is a 16/10 guy who grabs 2-3 off reb per game and can create on his own, legitimate 2nd option
TT is a 10/10 guy who grabs 3-4 off reb per game and relies on others to get him a shot majority of the time

Cleveland would have gotten through the Bulls and Hawks if Love was in the lineup...and surely did miss him in the Finals. and that's not taking into account Kyrie being healthy at all

He's a versatile athlete. He also pitches for the San Francisco Giants:
