How realistic is her 'dream career'? Is she one state over or across the country from you? Do you plan on eventually moving there to be with her?

I can work 100% remotely for my current job so I'd probably move and just slowly look for a better job in the new city. Deciding to move has a lot to do with the specifics of you and your relationship tho.
