Even if the FBI investigation got some legit information, it is not like to become public. CIA would not have kept any records public either - it is not how they operate or ever have so I don't know if you can even get something on paper.

One old man's word versus some very powerful agencies. I can't take the old guy's word. Some doctor on FBI/CIA payroll will say the guy has Alzheimers or he will die in the coming days or "disappear"

That's about right. I know this is a fabricated story, but that doesn't mean there aren't dozens of disgraceful CIA stories we haven't heard about yet (and enough that we have heard about), to make sticking up for the CIA something worthy of mockery, because it is such a disgraced organisation, one that really needs to be gutted and rebuilt from the bottom up.

Also: Emotional Intelligence? You know that is a contradiction in terms, right? Emotions interfere with intelligence and the pursuit of truth, because the truth often hurts. One has to become hard if one hopes to properly investigate human affairs, but that does not mean one lacks emotions, just that they are compartmentalised. And come to think of it - isn't that a form of self-regulation, which is considered an aspect of 'emotional intelligence' - so what does that tell you? That the term is another meaningless psychological construct that doesn't apply to the real world, is theoretically null, and devoid of predictive capacity.

In fact, thinking of Emotional Intelligence as a 'thing' in itself, rather than an arbitrary collection of attributes, is a sure sign of a lack of intelligence, at least in my eyes.

The Math doesn't quite work either. Marilyn died in 62, and if he's 78, Then he woulda been 25 that year. But the article also said he's a 41 year vet, so he wouldn't have started until he was 37.
