Green bullied Lebron in the paint all the time, he doesn’t get mad at teammates shooting 20% he doesn’t get mad at botched defensive assignments, he gets mad and yells at Thompson because he switched and had to deal with green again that bullied him again.

So pretty much what Blue and Orange said:confusedshrug:

Just said it differently. He was confident in being able to check Green 1 on 1, he wouldn't care whether Livingston's man doubled or not, even if that was the gameplan...

To the average fan just watching, DGreen just blew a big opportunity to be appreciated and liked. Instead of just playing like someone whom the experts say "will get a max deal", he underachieved, pounded his chest when making a normal play, and acted as if he had "done something" vs. Lebron. LBJ just finished one of the greatest statistical series in history; the Warriors need to lay low on any thoughts of stopping Lebron. They made good adjustments to role players like Delly and JR Smith, but that's it.

They were better and eventually played like it. Draymond Green underachieved, but sure didn't act like it.

Even if that was the gameplan? That's exactly the problem. Even if he was confident, it's still a mistake that needs to be corrected. What if Lebron had decided not to pick up Green at all because he was going to help on Curry? He would have had a wide open dunk. TT said he doesnt mind being yelled at and some cringe worthy stuff about fathers, that's why Lebron yells at him. :confusedshrug:

I seem to recall LeBron bullying Draymond quite a few times down low as well. That happens when two strong big guys post up on each other.

Exactly, it's the principle of not following a game plan. If players make mental and tactical errors that aren't a part of the game plan then it has to be addressed. It has nothing to do with Lebron's thoughts on whether he can guard Draymond or not.

I have never seen people disregard common sense in favor of some narrative more than with Lebron and Kobe.
