We know Lee is gone because its been announced Warriors FO and Lee have mutually agreed to part ways. The FO is working alongside Lee to help find a favorable landing spot that Lee agrees with. If Barnes is the piece attached to ease the blow of Lees contract, he might be worth absorbing Lees contract. For the Lakers, this is probably a "swung out on the FAs" move.
