Boardwalk Empire. HBO old timed gangster series with good acting and high production value. You should check it out.

Started watching Wayward Pines it seems okay.

First things that come to mind after seeing this list are

Boardwalk Empire - Beautifully shot,acted and written drama about prohibition era gangsters. Fiction with real characters like Al Capone blended in

Sons of Anarchy - Shakespeare meets the Hells Angels,pretty hardcore show

THe Americans - RUssian spies living in America playing the long game. Great show and is currently at its peak.

Breakout Kings - Lloyd Lowery is one of the GOAT characters on any show. Ex Fugitive cons working with the US Marshall's to catch other fugitives, while being in prison.

Lilyhammer - Mob in Norway. Nuff said.

Shield - Corrupt cops at its finest.

The Tudors - GOAT Level shit.

I don't know the first two, but Firefly is amazing. I hate the fact that Fox choked them out of funding. Could have been the GOAT sci-fi anything.

The Strain is one season in... seems like it could be okay. I'm going to delay judgement on it until a few episodes into season 2. Seems okay so far.

Seriously, Firefly/Serenity is the ****ing best shit ever. I have a goddamn Serenity tattoo; that's how much I love that show.

I finished Firefly recently and can't believe the fact they canceled it, ****ing sucks...

If it was done nowadays, it would be huge imo. TV shows are much bigger now than 10-15 years ago.

I just finished Bloodline last week and I enjoyed it. Hope they do a second season. But I have to say when everything finally got fleshed out the skeleton in the closet wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. It made it feel more real though.

Pretty good description of the show. The daughter of Julia and Joel routinely makes me want to slap her. The one thing I find funny is how civil the fights are between couples on this show. Mostly because the show need people to be likable and the show is on NBC. I've always thought it'd be hilarious to see the HBO version of the show where people are MFing each other and fighting dirty.

Orange is the New Black- Seasons 1-3 on Netlfix

Mid/Upper class white girl sent to prison to deal with hoodrats and other jail sh1t. Show is intense at times and pretty funny. Nudity is usually a plus too. I liked it more than I thought I would.
