Thunder can't trade their pick... but they could trade the player after picking him.

If you want the Thunder to get Cousins, the absolute least I could see Kings accepting would be Ibaka, Waiters, Perry, Adams and the player picked at #14, plus some second round picks.

But Boston, Philly, LAL, Denver and Atlanta all have the most likely shot at Cousins, assuming Sac would be asking for picks and good young players.
