The basic consensus top 9 in the upcoming draft is:

Karl-Anthony Towns
Jahlil Okafor
D'Angelo Russell
Justise Winslow
Kristaps Porzingis
Emmanuel Mudiay
Mario Hezonja
Stanley Johnson
Willie Cauley-Stein

If you had the #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5 picks regardless of teams, who do you take?

1. Winslow
2. Towns
3. Kristaps
4. Russell
5. Okafor

Why would you take Winslow first?

He isn't super athletic, not a great shooter, needs to fix his handle, etc...

What is it about him that people rave about?

You would take Wilson Chandler with the 1st pick? :oldlol:

Oh, I could very easily be wrong about Justise.

My track record though has been pretty good though (been right about Curry, Wade, Blake). Of course, I'm sure I only remember the good and forget about terrible predictions I've made.

Just watching him, he has that unique basketball ability. As we've seen the rise of importance in players that can rebound, run, pass, shoot and finish he fits that mold quite well. He also has "moves" that translate to the NBA game for me.

Just everything about him gels right for me to think he is going to put it together really well in the NBA. Can get to the rim, is very strong, has a natural frame, etc.

We got lucky with Anthony Davis, but there has been very few game changing big men in the past 5-10 years in the draft.
