Dude was probably buzzed, so w/e lol. I guess at least he's in good spirits?

I think Philly takes Russell and tries to use its like 7 2nd rounders (over next 2 years), maybe utilize their future firsts, and upwards of $30M in cap space to get another favorable pick, if the right guy is available. Next summer, their cap space won't really matter due to the cap jump, so they won't get as much value then (in terms of collecting picks) as they could now imo.

I don't expect Philly to land any studs in FA this summer, so they should be a bottom 5 team once more. I think that would end their bottoming out though.
