Rumors are that this is happening tonight. Do you think its worth it for Boston?:confusedshrug: :confusedshrug:

Heard on Reddit he just unfollowed the Celtics.... and followed the Hornets.
Man, it's happening. Sully :(
At the same time, we might be getting Stanley Johnson :applause:

It becomes more apparent to me that Brad Stevens is right in Danny's ear with the kind of team he wants to build...and he knows exactly what guys he doesn't want on it. Right now, there's no guy on this team I'm overly upset about seeing walk if it makes Brad Stevens' vision into a reality: I trust him sufficiently enough right now to give him a shot at building it his way.
Couple this with rumblings of making a "godfather offer" to Philly if Okafor slips to 3...this night could get exciting.

I'll be sad if it means we're losing Smart. Love that guy :(

Who is Boston building around as key core players? Feel like I've seen every player, other than maybe Bradley, in a rumored trade in the past few days.

I like him too...he and Avery were a nasty defensive pairing. Seems shitty to be dumping a lottery guy after he had a good rookie outing, too.
At the end of the day tho? In Brad I trust.

I feel like that question will be better answered a month from now. As of right now, I have no idea.

Value wise it's a fair trade. I'd rather see him stay though.
It's only worth it if Sully flames out, whoever Ainge selects becomes a key player for the team down the line, or if it leads to a star FA like Love.

This trade is pretty bad I think. Sully AND #16? Too much.
Sullinger for #9, straight up. Max offer is Sully and #28.

That was my idea as well, but like others said in Stevens we trust:cheers:
Looks like Celtics going after WCS to pair next to Kevin Love.

Sullinger is a Baller and has proven he can make an impact. Trading him for unknown talent is a terrible idea.

I don't like this deal for Charlotte but I really like it for Boston. They could entice Philly or NYK with some other package to move even further up. However, I think they could guarantee themselves a big just by getting to #9. I don't see Turner or WCS (especially with recent news) going ahead of that spot.
