Yet gets drafted in the NBA

Wtf is going on here I thought players could not get drafted out of HS. Why dont more players do this?

He didn't qualify for college cus hes dumb lol. He had college offers, just not smart enough to get in.

NBA states you have to be 19 or one year removed from high school.
