No way the Bynum part goes through. Wouldn't pass the "reasonable franchise" test. A reasonable franchise would see that he had 2 season ending knee injuries and thus likely assumed the risk when trading for the aforementioned player.

The filing of the grievance regarding the Bynum situation just looks petty. I guarantee you the only reason they're doing this is to recoup the money they just coughed up to NoLa. Hinkie has ownership's support for this rebuild but part of the deal is to generate a nice profit annually. This cuts into that goal.

Additionally, if they really withheld that type of info, that's ridiculous. Sure, I think the Pellies should wonder why their health professionals didn't catch this during the physical (or why didn't they ask Jrue if he had any issues?), but those types of tactics by Philly are what make GMs and agents really hate you. Who knows if it's much ado about nothing but this sounds really messed up.
