I just recently thought about this, how hard is it to be a Kobe hater?
It's hard to hate him for lack of success, he has five rings, 5/7 in the finals, beat a ****ton of 50+ win teams in the playoffs and has longevity only rivaled by one or two players.
It's hard to hate him for the lack of individual greatness, some of the most amazing scoring feats ever were done by him, great playoffs performer too. Has the biggest offensive skillset ever, was a lockdown defender back in three-peat era.
Only thing you can hate him on is his character, which is down to earth and a fun guy outside of the court and a great leader and a killer on the court. So basically, you can hate him for being an tough alpha dog, mainly because you aren't one.

How hard is it to accept that Kobe's finished? done, its over, year after year he trains to come back, just for his body to break down again, the hopes of all his fans vanish each passing year, wishing for a glimpse of the 'old kobe', but then realize its done with.

20 years in the league, 2 FMVPs, 1 MVP, the most missed shots in NBA History..... and... thats about it

Thats it for his career, while LeBron and others keep passing him every year

Durant, Anthony Davis, Steph Curry, Wiggins, KAT, so many rising stars, for the next decade, many players will surpass Kobe, while Kobe stans can just watch, feeling powerless as Kobe slips further and further back, to the top 20-25 All-time

Gee that sucks

You got out of your gimmick, congratz! you've been posing as a "real kobe fan" last couple of days, so basically in the last 1000 of your posts.

So we should feel bad because a player in his 20th year won't be as good as he was 10 years ago? What the fock are you smoking, smalld*cker? We got 20 years of great basketball, winning and dominance. Although those things are not known to bran stans, so I'm sorry for rubbing it in...your mom

It's difficult for me to dislike Kobe. He's been pretty amazing so far.

...but it's certainly not difficult to abhor Laker fans who don't come correct.

Plenty of them.

Pretty easy actually.

>was a rookie/sophomore benchwarmer
>played 8 seasons as a sidekick/Robin
>a rapist / should have been in prison, so his post-2004 career shouldn't have counted
>got carried by the MDE or most stacked frontcourt in the league
>triple crown king of missed shots / most in regular season / most in playoffs / most overall
>did i mentioned he was a rapist?
