Definitely not under the Dolan regime. I can definitely see a scenario when Phil leaves, Isiah slides back in.

Dolan is married but as far as I can find he has no children. As Knick fans we have to hope for a Donald Sterling moment/scenario where he is forced to sell ownership of Knicks. Or just ride it out to whenever his time on Earth has run its course.

Unless Porzingis becomes Dirk/Pau and Grant is a real player AND we hit it big on free agency next year with Durant or Lebron etc... I HAVE NO FAITH in this team and can not envision a scenario where we make it to the NBA Finals and win.

I'm 35, and hopefully I have another 50-60 years to live and I just want ONE championship. I've never seen my Knicks win. I've seen my Rangers win, my Giants win, even the Mets (kinda young) but still remember them contending, going to a World Series in 2000. But I was raised on Ewing and the battles with the Bulls and we were so close in 1994. I laugh when I see the Lakers get lucky with the draft and have one bad year and able to reload with Russell/Randle and of course they will sign 2 big time free agents.

I'm going to open a Heineken, I feel the need to drink

By all accounts dolan isnt even remotely racist against black people. In fact if anything he identifies with black culture somewhat.

Sterling on the other hand was a well known racist (housing discrimination and he used to bring chicks and show off black players telling them he owned them, etc) that simply lacked a single catalysing event that showed everyone (people who have no interest in basketball) that he as a racist. Sterling's scandal had elements of sex that made it salacious. Racist telling his (at least partially) black girl friend not to take pictures with black guys.

His scandal was a big deal for an nba owner cause the nba is 70%+ black. had sterling been racist against latinos or asians he probably still owns the clippers.

its not reasonable to expect a sterling scandal with dolan. He has displayed no prejudice against black people.

also proof that some women will do anything for money:lol

You need to step away from the WFAN, man.

I was sick when they picked Porzingis.... but cooler heads prevail. You're gonna see more and more Euros enter the league in the coming years - and the game WILL evolve around them. The NBA's desire to become global will be felt. IF this kid stays healthy, he's gonna turn heads. I got sucked into that "Win now while you have Melo" mentality. The reality is Melo's time here is pretty much up. It was bungled from the get. The Amare signing killed us. In 2 years we'll be there. Jax was the best thing that happened to this team since Ewing. My take.

If Ellis and J. Smith are on the team, they will never even smell a championship. You can take that to the bank - and preferably, not a Greek one.

Don't you realize Phil wants ball handlers with brains, not numbskull chuckers?
