I'll give the track down team props to finding them. Upstate NY is full of woods/creeks.

so he was jogging alongside some road when a cop spotted him on a 'typical routine patrol' and called him over .. what a stupid ass way to get caught .. also, he was 1.5 miles away from canada .. although I don't know how much it would've helped him getting to canada ? .. not like they're not cooperating with the U.S. .. I bet this guy wished he had off'd himself .. prison life's gonna be 10x the hell it was before for him

Supposedly they got out of the most confined prison in New York state. Couldn't be any worse.

true .. although I believe, because of good behavior, he had been moved to some wing with a little less restrictions .. that's probably how he was able to have the freedom to pull this off .. he's probably gonna be looking at solitary confinement now for who knows how long in some tiny ass and really uncomfortable cell

He was shot twice for refusing to stop running. At the time, the report says he was 1.5 miles away from the Canadian border and that the cop shot him as he fled because he could have made it to the tree line and dissappeared? So was there no physical border?

And like the other poster said, why run to Canada? :facepalm

I think some people were saying once he made it to Canada he was safe and they wouldn't be able to find him

Why the **** were these guys still dicking around in NE? They should have been deep in Canada at this point.
