i always wanted to see those 2 on the same team. building the texan super dynasty, but it just now occurred to me how much i would have loved those 2 humble quiet sportsmen to dominate the prima donnas such as kobe and bron for the last 15 years.

none of them would have colluded in such a fashion and i applaud them greatly for their loyalty to their respective franchises - but - wouldnt it have been nice. the history of the nba would look so different. what a great narrative we missed out on...

LOL! Both of these guys on the same team? They would've probably won ~7 rings easy. Shit would've been ridiculous!

Timmy always had good teams. Didn't need to "collude". As did Dirk.

They're 2 of the best players I've ever seen at losing to #8 seed teams as the #1 seed :applause:

They're also 2 of the ATG's to beat LeBron in the Finals (twice, in Timmy's case). :applause:

My team of Hakeem and Durant is more humble and scores better.

A lot of great narratives we missed out on.

Larry and Magic on the same team was always one that got me. F*ck me, that would have been a lot fun to watch.

Kobe and LeBron being teammates would have been fun too.

Don't collude just get a role player salary whilst taking backhanders to get stacked team

No Lebron fan should be talking about colluding and building super/stacked teams. Besides you think $10million for a 39 year old is role player/cheap salary. It's only because Timmy is so good that it's a bargain. Ditto for Dirk.

Nah. Dirk would never leave the Mavs, and Timmy would never leave the Spurs

what's great about the texas teams is they all have championships with big men leading the way (Duncan, Hakeem, Dirk)

I like Duncan and I have him #5 all-time. But acting like he was incapable of joining two other superstars in his prime, or even never seriously considered it, is literally, calling him a liar, revising history, and ignoring facts.

I considered pushing someone off of a cliff one time but did I do it? No.

Being capable of doing something or considering doing something is not lying, revising history or ignoring facts. If we were judged on being capable of or considering doing something, we'd all be in jail. I know I've considered strangling my kids before  - doesn't mean it's gonna happen or did happen.

Didn't Duncan almost team up with TMac in Orlando? Would have loved to have seen that.
