Rochestie is signed with Maccabi so he is not coming to the NBA. And yes he is a good player. He's much, much, much better than Goudelock actually.

Um, when you have a 2 year contract, and the team decides to not keep you and pay out the release clause option in your contract, yes you got cut.

If it was an NBA player, that's called getting cut.
