What drama...there's contract disputes on every team and at every level

Are the Cowboys any less of a team to play for because Dez Bryant is put up a hold out until he got more money?

The Heat will always be a class organization...just because a player is asking for more than he's worth doesn't put any ill-will on the Heat. They even offered him a fair salary at basically $12m over 3 yrs and he turned it down. The heat didn't force him out the organization, they are giving him fair value all the while prepping for a successful future

I just think it's funny that they are rumored to be short changing Wade bc they have hopes of getting Durant in 2016.

Do you honestly feel Wade is deserving of a $60m/3yr deal? Bcuz that's what he's asking....consensus on this forum goes with the $12m avg

So to that regard, the Heat haven't short changed him

Wade is getting old, Lebald was right to ditch him if he wants to ring chase
