Larry Bird has been determined to secure Monta Ellis, and Pacers pushing hard to close a deal with him, league sources tell Yahoo.

That'd be a great fit for both parties.

Ellis may make the ASG in the East and they'll def be a top-4 seed IMO.

That's great.

He will be a decent ft for the Pacers who definitely need scoring. But if he will be paired with Greg Hill then that backcourt is going to be extremely small bad defensively. Hill may get worn out by having to defend shooting guards all next year.
