Laettner would actually thrive in this era. Had decent range on his 2 pointers (no 3 ball though), could draw fouls at a decent rate, was an underrated defender, was very efficient in his prime, good passer as well.

Birdman was the 2nd best player on that 2013 Heat team, which won the ring against the hardest Finals competition of all time. He and LeBron were the sole reason the Heat even got over Indy with Bosh and Wade bending over for Hibbert and George.

I remember Laettner in Washington, past his prime. He was a great roleplayer. Underappreciated. He was the only guy on that team other than MJ who did his job every night.

Birdman can be an impact guy, though, at times.
