A fully healthy Cleveland team is scary. LeBron + Kyrie + Love is a legit big 3. However, the West is still full of monsters that have a legit chance to win a seven game series versus a healthy Cavs squad. Nothing is going to be easy. I think they can win at least one championship, but they are far away from being labeled a dynasty right now.

Lebron ball and this way of running a team, basically him running the team, would never result in a dynasty. A lot of finals appearances, and a title here and there, sure. But not such a consistently dominant run where it feels like the team is just unbeatable.
