What if he went first? Detroit takes LeBron #2. Do they still make the Rasheed Wallace trade? Do they still win the tile in '04?

Fine. Let me revise the question.

What if Darko was drafted in the late first round like he should have been? How would things be different?

Does Detroit do the things stated above with Carmelo (replace for LeBron)?

Does Denver take Bosh at 3? Does Toronto take Wade at 4?

Things that would definitely be different:

-Pistons with Carmelo have a much different dynamic
-Miami doesn't have Wade, does Shaq still go there? (doubtful imo) Who gets Shaq in '04?
-Abomination '06 Finals never happens
-Miami Heat Big 3 never forms (not in Miami at least)
-How long does Wade stay in Toronto (American black players hate it there for some reason)? Does he pull a McGrady/Vince?

Amongst endless other possible scenarios.
