This guy wasn't just some regular anti-gun Democrat, he was a co-sponsor and writer of lots of anti-gun legislation. He was basically a sworn enemy of legitimate gun owners. Not just that, he was the 2nd most powerful Democrat in the senate of our largest state.

The stones on this guy, he says pistols and rifles shouldn't be in the hands of the general populace then turns around and floods the streets with automatic weapons, grenades, and even rocket propelled grenades. :oldlol: He even sponsored a bill to curtail the sales of violent video games(although the LA Times doesn't point this out or many other of his hypocritical actions from their former friend).

Leland Yee, here's to you and your unprecedented level of hypocrisy.

Typical of both parties.

Do as I say, not as I do.

That's why Hilary Clinton lives in a ****ing mansion, cause shes all about being down for the struggles of the poor.

"MAKE GUNS ILLEGAL... so only I can sell them"

If not for the legal issues, it is a great business tactic.

So, should people be allowed to buy guns or no?

It's a shame the media for the most part has succeeded in burying this news. I live in CA and this isn't even making front page news, not even a top story. National news, not a chance.

I think it was on Last Week Tonight a while back.

Well it's a left leaning state with left leaning news outlets. But Yee was arrested over a year ago so this cloud has been under him for a while. Just a few months before Yee's arrest another big anti-gun state senator, Ron Calderon, was arrested by the FBI, but since he's facing a 400 year sentence, he's probably not going to plead out. Also named in Calderon's corruption suit is Kevin DeLeon, the biggest anti-gunner in California and president of the California state assembly, but he hasn't been arrested yet. So there's a possibility California's top 3 most aggressive anti-gun politicians will be arrested in as many years.

It's kind of sad because Yee was from China and was the first Asian American to ever be hold the position as speaker of California's state senate. At one time he was considered by many to be one of the most powerful Asian American politicians in the USA. Since not a lot of Asians hold public office here, he was looked up to by many.

National news, not a chance.is was big news a year ago when he was arrested but so much of the governments case was sealed as it was being investigated it fell off once the media was done rehashing the same information, which wasn't much other than what the charges were

The article said there were 9 million pages of documents.

if a book has 500 pages, that's the equivalent of 18,000 books.

sure.
