The reason why it is not too is because no one has signed yet. They can't until July 9th(?)....

So every team can tweak negotiations/agreements. But they won't back out of the deal.

As a Mavs fan I can say it's def Cuban. He has good intentions but he's annoying as shit and he's meddling. If I were a player I would find him annoying and I would not want to play with him. He reminds me of Donald Trump or the Kardashians/Hiltons in the sense that he's rich and he thinks that that means he should be famous. His lame ass TV shows make him look like a clown. I love the Mavs and he did bring them a championship but he's out of touch and I think it's time that he and Donnie step back and put someone else in there.

Although, Cuban has been notorious for spending he's been waiting for the "perfect" FA these past couple of years after their title run to waste their cap space. They had the intentions of signing max superstars like Dwight, DWill(at the time) while none of them signed he then signed cheap stop gaps looking to attract the next big FA.

It's hard to attract a big name FA like that way..
