This is Kobe at his best IMO... sets up his teammates early and then bails them out in the 4th. There is literally one sequence in which the Lakers are up by 1 point with 10 seconds to go.. Odom is at the line and misses both FTs but Kobe is matched up at the free throw line and then gets the defensive rebound, gets fouled and then hits both FTs to clean up the mess.

It's regular season of 2008.. but that was towards the end of the season and the Lakers were fighting for playoff seeding against the Mavs. Dirk also hit a three to force it into OT.

Whoah! What a spectacular performance from the Black Mamba! Vintage Vino-Bryant! Truly a masterclass in shot-jacking ability!....

I sure miss this Kobe Mamba! Not the current broken down one that is holding this team back....

But that's another topic.... Classic KB24 performance!

Back when Kobe was KillBe and ScoreBe, and not InjuryBe and OldBe. Those days are long gone, but the memories remain.
