Who better to tap into his potential than CP3 and Doc Rivers? As low of an IQ he has, he wouldn't have to do much different than DJ had to do. Most of his skill set is similar to what DJ was before this year. He would only be asked to throw down dunks, rebound, and block shots, so why not?

I cant believe Im saying this, but I like it. Already used the mini-MLE, so all they have is vet min? They will find some serviceable players, but damn.

Its a low risk high reward situation. If he works out keep him, if not waive him. I really think playing with Chris Paul would maximize his abilities. He can run the pick and roll just like DJ and also can throw down lobs from Blake in the high low. Also at least he shoots over 60% from the FT line. The fit is honestly perfect. Sure CP3 might yell at him a few times this year but the Clippers have slim options at this point.

McGee is also dumb enough to probably not realize Cp3 is yelling at HIM so it's a great fit.

Well Philly is paying him $12M this year, so I guess he'd take the vet min. I would explore a S&T opportunity with the Mavs/Memphis if possible to land Koufos.
Can always sign Javale to be a backup I guess. I bet Doc would rather roll with Ekpe Udoh but if all else fails he could be one of their few options.

Koufos wouldn't be bad if all we lost was Crawford since Lance will man the bench anyways. I think a combo of both Koufos and McGee would be ideal.

Larry Sanders would be the best solution for the Clippers
Doc, CP3, Blake, and Cali Weed can reignite his love for the game
He would be perfect

Personally know him. He already lives out here and hes enjoying life doing normal things like skateboarding. The Clippers would be a good fit for him though.

Is he really looking to get back into ball? I thought a few months back people were saying he likely sits out for a very lengthy time, if he ever comes back.

Hibbert is actually a good fit in the clips, he can make freethrows, play good d, rebound but his offense is bad but not as bad as dj's.

Hibbert hasn't ever and really can't play more than 30 minutes a game though, his conditioning and athleticism is much worse than Jordan's is.
Plus the last 3 years he hasn't even shot over 45%, meanwhile Jordan in the past 3 years has had FG percentages of 64, 67, and 71, working his way up to 12 PPG this year, scoring really well whenever Griffin was out.
I think Jordan's defense is overrated but his offense is probably underrated quite a bit. 12 PPG on 71% is great, regardless of your who your PG is.

they should be happy there are so many option out there like Mcgee, sanders and hibbert. I remember Miami a few years back couldn't get anything better than Eddy Curry for their center issues.

In the end, the Clippers will be forced to use Blake Griffin significant minutes at center -- and try to turn small-ball into an advantage.

There was a time when people debated who was better DJ or Javale. They are similar. DJ can thank Blake, Chris Paul and Doc Rivers on how much he's improved. I think those guys could help Javale plenty. Javale and DJ are both low I.Q. players...Javale maybe a little worse than DJ.

why do people think hibbert or koufus are options?
Hibbert is already under contract and it doesnt seem likely that la can get to within 25% of his salary with crawford and scraps.
Koufos's market value has to be 5 mil plus. Why would he sign with LA for a discount.

McGee is so good teams were lined up outside his door. Said no one ever. Can't believe my eyes reading this but hey like lakers, clippers are desperate. Sad

You think you've seen someone dumb in your hood or around the street? No son. They don't compare with these guys. These guys are on a whole nother level of low iq. They both are elite in the department of low IQ. Something guys like you and I won't come across in our life time. DJ would dominate most people in this department but here he is going against the GOAT low iq player.
Javale is the MJ of low iq ball.

true but hes barely played the last two years. if anyone can bring the best out of him, its doc, cp3, and paul pierce.
also, hes simply the best the clippers are going to get with limited funds. its a low risk, high reward situation.

This is what I've been trying to tell everyone. If he does bad you can just bench him or cut him. If we get 2-3 blocks and 9 boards out of him thats a plus and I don't think thats asking a lot.

He's playing at drew league this summer with nick young. Lakers reached out to him last week, but he wants to see how he enjoys drew league before even entertaining the idea of talking to NBA teams.

Clippers need to look at Josh Smith, Seraphin, LRMAM, Darrell Arthur, Amar'e, Jeff Adrien, and Quincy Acy asap.
Ideally they nab Smith/LRMAM/Seraphin I guess. Good combo of defense, some offense, size, and lineup versatility.

Eh don't really like thim. He has no athleticism and doesn't know how to use his size. The only thing he has going for him is size, hes 7'2 275b but doesn't even know how to box out, only grabs boards that bounce straight into his hands.

If the Clippers really do sign McGee I'll tune in just for the circus show that'll ensue when he and CP3 play together.
