When talking about the greatest off season of all time, you have to think about how the landscape of the NBA was shifted and by how much.

LeBron going to Miami is easily bigger, because it changed the entire landscape of the NBA. LeBron no longer in Cleveland. Miami now the clear dominate force in the East and title favorites in the league. It stopped Durant from winning his first championship and possibly led to the Harden trade. It possibly led to Scott Brooks getting fired. It will possibly lead to Durant and/or Westbrook leaving OKC. It stopped Duncan from winning another championship and adding on to his legacy. I can go on and on.
