What teams in the East could you not play small ball against?

More than often, i see posters claiming that you dont need legit bigs anymore and used the fact that a 6'9" green played center for this seasons champs during the finals. whether that is a valid strategy or not is debatable, but it did make me want to ask the question, what teams in the east would you not be able to play small ball against? and is this a strategy worth considering?

You would only find it difficult against bigs that have good offensive arsenals or can promote the ball i.e Howard, Gasol, Cousins, Duncan. The rest can be made obsolete. Teams should definitely be going to it.
