Pretty sure the Lakers would need to sign Hill to make that happen. I'm also pretty sure the CBA says that when a player is S&T, no other player can be added to the deal.

So that right there makes this factually not possible, unless they wait until Dec. 15.

The other thing making it not possible are salaries. Bulls would have to give up Noah or Rose or Butler, or multiple players. There's no value added to the Bulls in any scenario that I can think of.
