Considering how open that prompt is (is it the entire fourth quarter or should I just assume it's the last 2 minutes?), Paul's attempts seem weirdly low.

Made-up stats like OP's posted twitter "source" are why I rely on eye-test and nostalgia to rank players and determine clutchness.

Why is thread not getting many replies?
If lebron was the worst on that list, this thread would be 4-5 pages already.

I wanna know where the insecurities people have with LeBron stem from.

Not surprised at Westbrook, he takes terrible shots and ignores his teammates. I've seen him go 5, 6 straight possessions late in games without passing and his shot attempts usually result in bricks. I can't remember any gamewinner he's had besides his layup against Washington.

I cannot think of a player who is so statistically bad in comparison to his perception as Kobe. Seemingly nearly every statistic where elite players are compared, he falls short. Except rings, but then he spent his whole career on the Lakers.
I am bemused he is consensus top ten, people even adamantly argue top 5. I just don't understand it. In 20 years will he plummet down the list when he isn't flavour of the month anymore.

kuniva, get in here.. explain me how this clutch monster Kobe, has nearly every clutch stat completely fall on him on some 30% shooting shit..

Dirk is more clutch than kobe.. falls short in a lot of other areas but he's probably the clutches since jordan
This stat does omit points scored to cut or build a lead.. Ie dirk cuts a 10 point lead to 2 and Terry hits a 3.. he gets full credit here while dirk gets none despite doing far more.
As far as lebron goes you have to realize bron isn't unclutch for 90% of the basketball he's played. Out east he murders tears in the clutch. The problem is his lack of clutchness in the last round.. does anyone have his east vs west stats here? I would imagine there is an enormous difference.

Great thread. Just goes to show what players benefit from the media's false narratives and which players are truly underrated.

False narratives that somehow are correct when you think back on recent games you clearly remember (2015 finals).
Lebron known how to pad those meaningless stats though. I will give him that.

these stats are completly random. now duncan seems to be the clutch player, although i never felt he had the ball in his hands in any decisive moment since im watching fvcking nba (2004/2005). funny. and duncan never appeard since now on any clutch statistic. and now this...hahaha...duncan never was clutch, isnt clutch, and never will be clutch. give me kobe all day over duncan in a clutch situation (and im not known to be a kobe stan, lol)
Dirks and Kobes stats are going up and down, depending oh what source you are referring to.

I wanna know what kind a horrible life someone leads for them to feel good about having a player in their era that is a ring chasing colluding beta that could only muster up 2/6.:lol

How can a player be considered a ring chaser when he's the one carrying the load?
