Will NBA still consider Julius Randle a rook?

Completely different. Griffin got injured in preseason.
Randle got injured first game of the regular season.
Preseasons stats dont count for career stats.

If you played 1 minute of the regular season than that was your rookie year. Blake didn't play a single minute of what was suppose to be his rookie year..same thing with Oden.
