One of the best scoring point guards in the league, and a top 5 point guard in the NBA. I hope he stays healthy. Irving is fun to watch.

Everyone other than dubeta and his alts really liked these performances. Some posters here even called him the best player on the cavs.
These same posters after the finals acted like kyrie was a cancer and cavs would have been swept in the finals if kyrie was healthy.

Who said that?? Irving could have made a huge difference in the NBA Finals because the cavaliers were missing his scoring, and playmaking.

If Warriors guarded a healthy Kyrie the way they did Lebron, he would've gotten several 50 point games.

so clearly you think that if warriors were taken to 6 games by cancer called lebron then they would have won with kyrie.
Good to see a long time warriors fan accept it.

Too bad Lebeta choked on the last shot and sent the game to OT that led to Kyries Injury.

I have to say, I don't see an argument against Kyrie for top 5 pg. He's got an amazingly polished scoring skillset and he's had that since day one.

He's an elite slasher, elite shooter and elite ballhandler who can still get 6.5-7 assists per game on a team like the one he's on now (sans lebron).

He's more consistent than Lillard and a better overall scorer. I think its

1. Westbrook
2. CP3
3. Curry
4. Kyrie
5. Wall (or Lillard to be honest)

This is a weak era of posters for the Main Forum. Such a sad sight.

Great talent. One of the most talented guards of this era. As talented as guys like Westbrook and Rose are, you have to factor in having really soft hands on your jumper, being able to change speed and direction on a dime, and being able to move with the ball like it's nothing. A great player.

I worry about his injuries, though. He's barely in his mid-20s, but I fear this is a D Wade situation, in which he'll always be in danger of playing injured for the rest of a season, and being reduced to jumpshots; and his prime will be over by 30.

I had the same worry for Steph Curry, though, and he seems to have overcome the injury bug. Hopefully Irving will as well.

It's like no one even watched the game. Parker played all-time bad defense that game. What's really funny, though, is Kyrie also played really poor defense which lead to him and Parker torching each other. Which was bad for us since Pop's 2-7 self without Duncan kept Parker in the game, thus solidifying his almost fired ass as being nothing without the GOAT PF.

Oh my god, had forgotten how nasty that 57 point game was. One of the greatest scoring performances ever.
