my half marathon time translates to like 8:30/mile

dunno how fast i could do one by itself though. probably faster than that.

I'm 33 years old.

Heart rate is in the low 40s ;)

A couple of years ago I ran 20km in around 52 minutes. So thats 12 miles in around 52 minutes? Can someone do the rest of the calculations? lol

A couple of years ago I ran 20km in around 52 minutes. So thats 12 miles in around 52 minutes? Can someone do the rest of the calculations? lol
that would be a world record too... uh maybe you didn't run that distance :lol

About 6:50, trying to run a mile as fast as you can is stupid unless you want to compete in that category.
