If you are being serious (which you probably aren't), then you've got some serious Tachycardia and need to go see a doctor, pronto.

Beta blockers like Propanolol is the answer. Either that or Carvedilol.. I take Propanolol for tacycardia, but they might switch me to Carvedilol. Thing with propanolol is that it drops blood pressure too along with heartbeat so there are better answers than propanolol for just straight tacycardia.

if your resting heartbeat is even like greater than 80-90 you should probably see a doctor

I don't think my heartbeat has ever been below 100 bpm, but 151 is nuts.

The doctor might not do much for you; every time I go for a checkup or a sick visit, they look at the reading and ask if I'm nervous lol. I always tell them it's the norm for me, but I don't think I've ever really gotten a response beyond that.

The best one was when I was dealing with panic attacks due to work stress. I got an EKG to test my heart just to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. The doctor looked at the results, said "wow," and never said anything else. I don't know why the **** I never pushed the issue to ask if it was a good "wow" or a bad "wow" lol.

Lay off the caffeine if you partake, and get an EKG just to be safe. And make sure you actually get a response from your doctor. Brb, looking up my results online.

my heart rests at 60 max, been that way my whole life.

I get lightheaded super easy, but Im medically safe according to doctors.

At one point I was at around 100 resting. Changed my diet up a bit, added a 2-3 mile walk after work each day...down in the low 70s now.
