I'll say 17.9 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 3.8 apg, 1 spg, 1 bpg on 46% fg, 75% ft

Not expecting much of a leap to be honest. Especially with Jabari coming back, and Monroe holding down the paint.

Considering their roster, 16/8/2 on improved efficiency.

People still hype him as the next KD but he doesn't have the shooting to be that kind of a threat as a scorer, he can give you 15-20 a night with his ability to get to the rim but that's it for now.

17, 7 and 2.5 at 50% shooting

I agree with others that he won't be over 20PPG because of the offensive options.

I'd venture to say he will average 15 PPG 8 rebounds and 4 assists with DPOY defense and 50 wins for the Bucks.

Depends entirely on which lineup they decide to go with. Maybe they could move him to PF, with Monroe at C and Parker at SF ?

Milwaukee has one of the more unique starting lineups you could see. I believe they will put Jabari and Giannis will have no position and just be starters looking for mismatches. J Kidd seems to be all about mismatches and having a big athletic lineup.

I don't see Jabari or any of the guys blowing up scoring wise. The Bucks will be a team where everyone in the starting 5 will score about 12-15 ppg.

Why is his BPG so low? With his wingspan + jumping ability, you would think he'd average at least 50 per game.

He was putting up 14/7/3 over the 2nd half of the season basically on no jumpers aside from the occasional midrange j. He was pretty much told by Kidd and the staff not to shoot for most of this season. And the biggest thing he'll be working on this summer is his jumper. He could definitely put up something like 19/8/4 next year.

39/17/11/6/2.

Its a little conservative.

Seriously, 3 more years and he will be among the best in the league.

Hard to say because Jabari and Monroe will demand touches obviously. I'll say 14/8/3/1/2 if he gets 32+ minutes.

Really don't see him averaging 39mins a game and 11 rebounds is too much as well.

You're selling him short, that statline would be pretty much zero improvement, he was putting up those numbers for the last ~40 games or so. Jabari and Monroe will demand touches but we also got rid of Ersan, Zaza, and Dudley who took a combined ~23 FGA a game.

I get moving Illy opened up cap space, but Dudley seemed happy there and was productive.

Are you just opening up PT for Vasquez, Vaughn, Inglis, Henson, and Plumlee?

Yeah those guys but mostly Jabari/Monroe/Giannis. Ers/Za/Duds kinda lucked their way into PT with the Jabari injury, Sanders situation, etc but I think it was clear to both them and Kidd that with Monroe and Jabari added and Giannis on the verge of breaking out, they were going to get significantly less PT and their future there was limited. Aside from their occasional scrub moments I'm going to miss all 3 of them but you know NBA egos, they're going to want their minutes, and Kidd values chemistry a lot. We sent them to good situations as well, Ers to a team where he should start and his floor spacing is something they desperately need, Duds to a team where his leadership will be huge and he'll get minutes off the bench, Zaza to a coach who will use his unique skill-set well.

We're pretty much throwing our young guys into the fire and I'm okay with it. The franchise knows Jabari/Giannis are the future and they're building accordingly. We probably won't win much more games because our bench will lack the same firepower it had for much of last season, but it's a good transition point for our young guys. Last year with the vets was a good way to ease them into bigger roles and build a foundation but now it's time for them to really step up.
