As everyone knows, I'm a busy business man so I WON'T have the time to bump and publicly humiliate all of you doubters posts and threads. So please, do yourself (and me) a favor and stop using the word "bust" when referring to the next top 5 goat.

I won't use the word bust (because he won't be a bust) but can I keep using the word slow?

Hes just slow out of the gate adjusting to bigger stronger defenders with more athleticism and he needs to put on a bit of muscle/ change up his tempo/reads to match the new style of game.
Hes still a great basketball mind with perfect court vision and well beyond his years in terms of running a team. Its just gonna be month before we see anything truly great out of him. And itel be 2-3 years before we see it consistently
If it was that easy for a rookie to dominate from day 1 it would happen more often than 0.1% of the time

Sounds like Ricky Rubio circa 2009. I wonder if he'd never gotten injured if he'd have been any better. Still think he's ok but he's only a good player when surrounded by a specific roster otherwise he's barely a starting caliber PG.

If he turns out good, I'll start calling him D'angeGOAT Hustle.
If he continues playing like he has been, it'll be D'angeSlow Bust-le.

Horrible injury. But Rubio was on a whole different level than Russel in terms of ball iq.
He is far more likely to bust than be a top 5 GOAt

I have seen about 8 passes in this SL that makes me completely forget his nervous shooting and rookie turnovers.
And unlike Rubio, I know his shot will get better.

Been waiting for you to humiliate me publicly but it never happened. I'm afraid it will never happen. I'm one of them... (Figure it out!)
He ( 'Angel Russell) Get it? Missing the D and the Offense... is a BUST!
