yea wathcing dirk highlights 2004-2009...wow he was so fast, his turnarounds were so ridiculous fast. he spinned, turned around, driving to the basket.

now he just cant. too unathletic, too slow. his turn arounds are so slow now, that i predict he will gets blocked more and more.

yea, presuming the number is right...last years season dirk didnt take many iso fadeaways, because he said that his body cant do this an entire season long, its too exhausting going iso with the fadeaway at his age. he said before the 2014-2015 that he wants to adjust his game to his age.....that meant: somehow escaping from the defense, getting the ball and shooting directly.

Well, that is 1/6 of his points. (106 out of 486 field goals)

He got 1/5 of his points off of free throws.

He got 1/4 of his points off of three pointers. (104 three pointers out of 486 field goals)

The rest (276 field goals) were from pick and pop opportunities, layups, etc.....

The most fadeaways he made in a game was the very first one hah.. later tied in that home game against Phoenix.

One of the most gorgeous fade away's I've ever seen.
I basically scored 3 points for Dallas and Phoenix every time my team left Nash or Dirk wide open. It was basically automatic; kind of like what Steph Curry is doing today. :applause:

Legends, going to miss those two guys.

His footwork is so underrated. Look at a lot of the defensive possessions and he gets completely bodied where most guys would lose their balance. Dirk never does.

Thanks to Cuban, the only thing fading away this season will be Dirk's career.
