Nowhere near as good as DeJuan Blair.

Westbrook and Porzingis. Unfortunately, Durant doesn't seem like a polarizing enough figure.

I don't see WB and Porzingis being considered rivals.

Agree on Durant 100%. Something about Kobe and Bran just makes people feel really strongly one way or another. Few are neutral.

Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins ?

Maybe not because they aren't flashy players and Davis isn't very controversial.

It's not even fun to talk about Kobe anymore.

Every single thread relating to kobe is hackey...

He's a washed up bozo. With no friends left to **** with. They all left his ass, like his wife should've done in 04 when Kobe had forceful sex with another women. Degenerate scum.

There will be no "void" when Kobe retires next year. It will be a magical thing to see the end of the kobe era.

He was never exciting to watch. It was all fairytales and hooplah. Kobe was NEVER ELECTRIC.

Sorry. Truth hurts.

You're under arrest for possession of nostalgia and delusional thoughts.

Ain't shit compared to what exactly? The boring ass Spurs and Pistons.

Or how about the old Celtics.

These "new" n*ggas play in the most competitive era of all time. If you're in the western conference, you're playing in the most competitive conference in sports history.

Todays NBA is more exciting than ever before. Entropy, bitch.

Todays playoffs are more exciting and competitive than ever

winning a ring in today's age is harder than ever before.

era of a dozen super teams.

You're over here talking about "big names" and magical powers. Hahaha. Nostalgia is so powerful for you clowns.

Yeah man, just like this year's "amazing" playoffs

I know you are acting a fool (if not you need a psychiatric evaluation) but the NBA is in trouble due to the lack of star power and showmanship

Lebron and Durant are carrying this league ... When the 2000s stars leave the NBA will take a big hit ...

I love your pessimistic view. As if stars won't naturally create themselves like they've always done.

If you think the NBA is somehow "declining" then you, my friend, are a fool. You're not acted a fool, YOU ARE ONE.

Technologically is making basketball THE sport.

You need a shot of Haldol, ******

There's nothing special about the players today. Old Kobe Bryant is still at the top of the headlines.

There are no real superstar caliber players coming up. There's no spectacular athletic appeal either.

Bro I don't see Lebron retiring for a very long time.. I can see him being like the all-time playoff minutes leader or something since he's been to 5 straight finals and his body is just like getting every branch of the genetic lottery.. built like a freight train and ridiculously anti-injury prone... I don't remember the last time he's sat out more than a few weeks.. and almost never in the playoffs.

Westbrook has the " it" factor and intensity that will draw casual fans out. Davis will probably be respected but also overlooked. Kyrie could be in the discussion if he wins a few titles with Lebron then takes over the Cavs but health is a factor.

24-Inch_Chrome

Durant will probably be out of his peak when LeBron retires so I doubt it's him. Davis is the only player good enough to step into a debate of that calibre, not sure who would be on the other side of it though.

So you're wrong. There will be at least two. Strong ass era ahead for us.
