Dude has played well in the Summer League in limited action. His rebounding has been very impressive. He could also make jumpers and play D. Could he become another Draymond Green type of steal for the dubs?

I think Joe Young will be the steal, will hang around as an instant offence bench guy.

He's doing ok. The knock on him is his hip problem. I don't know about steal. I see him being a good fit for the team.

He needs to get bigger. Too skinny right now. He will be a very good role player in 2 seasons.

Cameron Payne quite easily.

He'll be by far the best PG in this draft class.

Also, Dakari Johnson has outplayed Towns and a ton of other big names. What a steal.

the dubs have an excellent front office though. Curry, Klay, Barnes, Draymond, and Ezeli were all drafted. None were top 5 picks.

3 were lottery picks. Draymond was a nice pick and falls in the 5%.

But looney wasn't a steal

Looney is shooting like crap but has 7 boards in only 14 min. He was beast on the boards in college and it has carried over to the summer league. His role in the league will be simple. A 3 and D guy who also beasts on the boards.

It would be nice for all rookies, this year and in the future, to actually play more than one or two games of the regular season, say, most of it actually, maybe even more than one season, before they are considered steals or busts.

Is he playing 3 or 4? His ceiling is so much higher at the 3. It's why I thought gs was prob a great landing spot for him playing small ball.

Honestly, I think both Looney and McAdoo will see some spot minutes during the season. Both guys can effect the game without needing the ball.
