How would basketball knowledge make someone not hate LeBron? What knowledge are you referring to? 60's trivia? LeBron's stats? Pick and roll execution?

None of those things make LeBron more likable, on or off the court. I just don't like him as a player. It has nothing to do with the amount of talent, skill, or stats he has. If you like statpadding, isos, fake no-look passes, and poor footwork, he's amazing to watch.

you cant name 5 better basketball players than lebron. 4 mvps, 2 mvps, 2 titles, 6 finals appearances, the greatest all-around player in history, most 30/5/5 games in playoff history, and statistically the greatest elimination game player EVER.

-impact in all facets of the game
-great playoff performer
-even better clutch player in the playoffs (more game-winners than kobe)
-has the accolades to back it up

Older than 16? And there's a huge amount of middle ground between being a Stan of someone and hating them. People knowledgeable of basketball respect his game.

In broad strokes, Bron is just a modern day wilt (incredible numbers but little success based on their talents/expectations). It's neither bad or good, it just is. A lot of people on here take it to extremes one direction or the other but looking at Bron for what he is and what he's accomplished, he's still at least top 15 to ever play and that's impressive.

What I'm saying is people who hate bron or are bron-stans are BOTH with the least basketball knowledge. Same goes for kobe, jordan, etc etc
