For those not in the know, a “Land, Air, and Sea Burger” is a Big Mac, McChicken, and Filet-O-Fish all slammed together. A “McGangBang” is a McChicken sandwiched inside a double cheeseburger.

This is just slang for different things you could always order put together. Down here it's called a mcfarmyard or a mczoo when you get beef/chicken/fish. Also can get a pounder or mcheartattack which is 4 quarter pounders together.

When I eat out, I tend to go to places that actually cook the food for me.

When I think about Mickey D's I think of their breakfast because that is the only time I will get something from there. I haven't had their burgers in a long time now.

I remember hearing a rumor about this being true a few years ago. Never tried it though. There are a few secret menus on some fast food places. I'm not sure if they still have it but I remember Checkers allowed combos of different sandwiches when I once went there like 5 years ago. It was late at night so I'm not sure if we just got lucky with some chill employees who were bored at work.
