I generally work out when I get home (about 6), but I am wanting to work out in the mornings instead since I really dont feel like doing anything when I get home.

I wake up about 6:40, shower, and out the door by 7:15 to make it to work by 8.

Anyone work out early morning? Any tips? Ideas to get me pumped? Feel like working out in the morning is a great way to set the rest of your day up for success.

I get a good fap or 2 in the am.

I used to workout before school. I'd meet up a friend at 6am and we would put in a solid hour in the gym. Was great while i did it since it layed a good foundation for my day. I eventually quit bc i began having trouble falling asleep at night (unrelated to the workouts but i couldn't wake up for the gym)

if you want some gainz you go in the morning before work
if you just want to blow off some steam go after work at night

I prefer to get to the gym at 6 am when I have the chance by not going to bed too late. It's a great way to wake up and gives me energy for the rest of the day. I also prefer to schedule my gym time when it's unlikely to be crowded. Plus, it sort of puts my mind at ease because it's one less thing to worry about after work. My only suggestion is to just get a good sleeping routine together so that getting to the gym early is more manageable.

I occasionally do morning workouts but for me its tough to have a real balls-to-the-wall workout on an empty stomach. Usually, if I go before work, its to squeeze in a little extra lifting (1-2 exercises) or just do cardio.

Same here, that's another big reason why I like it.

But its hard to get motivated in the morning. I read if you lay all your stuff out, it makes it easier. The less steps, the easier it is. Haven't tried it yet, cause 5:30am is way earlier than I want to get up.
