They rather assault officers though and driving under the influence is a crime.

Getting the suspect out of the car to do a sobriety test is normal.

Also, in regards to her head being slammed by officers, that was also a lie.

Glad the officer is getting exonerated.


In a widely seen video of her arrest, Ms. Bland, out of the camera’s view, can be heard saying that a state trooper had slammed her head to the ground. “There were no injuries which were consistent with that sort of conduct,” Mr. Diepraam said, but there were some abrasions on her back that might have occurred during the arrest, and abrasions on her wrists consistent with being handcuffed.
