Who do you think is the most underrated organized crime characters in tv/movie history? Everybody knows who are the GOATs (Tony Montana, Michael Corleone, Tony Soprano) but let's talk about those who don't get enough love when we talk about organized crime. There are a ton of choices but who you got? Me, I'll go with these...
Santana, American Me

How stupid can this wet back be to publicly advertise his dream career?
As stupid as a Mexican.
I've sent for the po-po to detain the local Pablo whose made his way into the public library in the khaki shorts, polo and the greasy hair. That sounds about right yes?

Don't know if he's underrated, but Johnny Sack is one of my favorite characters of all time. Smooth, intelligent, and ballsy. GOAT boss/underboss.

This was one of my favorite out of crime movies I watched.
I also liked Frank Lucas in American Gangster played by Denzel Washington. I remember going to the theaters not expecting anything great b/c it was recently released and I haven't read any reviews about it. Didn't seem all too hyped at the time so I assumed it was just another crime movie but it was one of the best ones I've seen for the past 10 years or so.

Not really, it was one of my friend's favorite character (Stringer Bell). Ugh, I really wish I didn't read about the upcoming seasons after watching just the first 5-6 episodes of The Wire. I know at least 4-5 people who ended up getting killed especially upset to find a certain younger dude in the organization who gets killed in Season 3 (I won't say who for those who haven't watched it). I sort of ruined it for myself. One of my friends watched it recently and people who watched Breaking Bad and The Wire were telling him it's really neck and neck between the two after you watch all the seasons in both.
I've never seen Breaking Bad but I've heard from those who started watching it said it's extremely addicting.

Michael Madsen may be underrated but I'm not sure about Mr. Blond, it was/is a pretty popular character.

Lefty Two Guns Ruggeiro, Donnie Brasco

Carlitos Brigante, Carlito's Way
http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-YxhPjdE1RLY/TaOxo8YDQtI/AAAAAAAAAIM/dd9xBjxgJyM/s1600/Brigante.bmp
BTW, Al Pacino is without question the GOAT mob movies actor. Not only could he play a GOAT alpha Cosa Nostra boss in the Godfather, he also plays just as well a disrespected low ranking soldier in Donnie Brasco, a reforming Puerto Rican gangster in Carlito's Way to a coke crazed brash drug lord in Scarface...

Great call on Don Logan. Sir Ben massacred that role. Real departure from his usual regal characters. Dude was legit scary.
I'd go with Bullet-Tooth Tony:

Frank Nitti, "The Untouchables".
Big Al gets all the attention, but it was Nitti who did the dirty work, personally killing two of Elliot Ness' men. His death is EPIC as fark too.

NOTHING like the real life Nitty though. He was just some hired goon in the movie. In real life he was the brains behind Capone's operation and took the big seat after Scarface went to jail. Died via suicide.

What movie does Bullet Tooth Tony come out in?
I've tried getting into Once Upon a Time in America but I just can't get through it without falling asleep :( I know it's critically acclaimed and it stars great actors but it just doesn't hold my attention, I even tried smoking a joint but I was asleep within half an hour of the movie. That was about 10 years ago, I'll try giving it another shot.
