Some of those dumb pranksters do things in Brooklyn/Bronx/Uptown in NYC that could legitimately get them killed. Especially going around and trying to sell a water"gun" to people in East NY/Brownsville.

I mean it isn't as dangerous as like West side Chicago or anything but those aren't neighborhoods I personally would want to walk around late at night especially near the housing PJs. These guys do this at night, I'm not sure if they survive the night.
